Head Golf Professional Candidate
I am a dedicated golf professional from Cedarburg, Wisconsin, with a passion for creating exceptional experiences for members and guests while promoting the game of golf. I began my career at 19 years old as a Pro Shop Attendant at Scenic View Country Club and was promoted to Pro Shop Manager later that same season. By the start of my second year, I was entrusted with overseeing the club's golf operation. These early leadership opportunities helped develop my strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering outstanding service, while reinforcing my desire to build a long-term career in the golf industry.
After three successful years at Scenic View Country Club, I sought an opportunity to further expand my knowledge and learn from one of the industry's most respected professionals. This led me to accept an Assistant Golf Professional position at West Bend Country Club, where I have had the privilege of working under Head Professional James Kelly, PGA. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in golf operations, tournament administration, merchandising, instruction, and member engagement. Most importantly, I have developed a passion for building meaningful relationships with members, guests, and coworkers, creating an environment that is both welcoming and enjoyable for all.
I strive to bring a positive attitude, integrity, and genuine enthusiasm for the game into every aspect of my professional and personal life. My goal is to continue advancing within the golf industry while creating an exceptional club culture, enhancing the member experience, and helping grow the game for golfers of all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels. I am excited about the opportunity to contribute my experience, leadership, and passion to an organization that shares these values.
